A wild animal menagerie just the right size for your pocket or room!

Crocheted Wild Animals (The Taunton Press, 2013) by Vanessa Mooncie is full to the brim of easy-to-follow instructions on how to create your very own collection of adorable crochet animals. With 15 different projects to try your hand at, every corner of the animal kingdom is represented, from the fuzzy to the fierce. Complete and comprehensive instructions, as well as interesting facts, are provided for polar bears, frogs, deer, elephants, rabbits, giraffes, flamingos, and more.

There is also a lot of variety in the complexity of the projects, so that there should be something for all levels of crocheting ability. And once you've completed an animal, they make great gifts that will bring a smile to the face of their lucky recipient.

You could be one of three lucky winners (chosen at random) who will receive a copy of this book! To enter for a chance to win, simply leave a comment on this post by November 22 at 11:59 PM EST. Results will be announced shortly thereafter.

Knit1Pearl2 writes: My husband, currently serving 2-5 for embezzlement and intent to traffic drugs, just loves the soothing sound of me throwing his possessions into the rain. You should have loved me! Why! Why! oh god, not even knitting can pull me out of the horrors of day to day life that he has thrust upon me and Jim, my misguided mashugana of a son.
