Follow these steps to learn how to paint your nails with a cute Halloween black cat design. What You'll Need:

Base coat, Top coat, Catrina, Lacey, Jet, Chloe, Plié wand + Striping brush. All products can be purchased here.

STEP 1:

After base coat, apply two coats of Lacey to all nails. Let dry completely.

good2cu writes: It would be less expensive and easier to buy Jamberry Nail wraps. The nail is cute but, to buy all that polish for one nail is expensive and uses a lot of space to store nail polish.
