Here I hand dyed the contrast band fabric for this recycled t-shirt hiking dress, here shown in action on the mountain.
I gave several dresses away at a house party last month. I got in touch with what a broad range of shapes we all are even if we can wear the same size. Additionally shape-ware undergarments work wonders to smooth body challenges (Oprah recommends Flexies from Target).
So Gals, in summary invest in good foundations or go commando as long as you can go!
This is a favorite hiking dress. It looks great in town and functions well on the trail. I want to find more of the jeweled buckles to make more.
I am inspired to do some for cooler weather as I may be traveling east soon and want to keep wearing them late into the fall.

These are a few additional photos from my ongoing Hiking Dress series. They are all my own design and fabrication. I am focusing on replicating favorite designs at present and have lots more variations on my website.
