Love it! no recommendations

Lavender eye masks are wonderful for relaxation, but this version can be chilled and used for headache relief. There are no chemicals or essential oils, so it's safe for kids, too. When my son was little he would ask for one whenever he had a headache. And since he had to lay still for it to work, it would help him calm down and cool down if he'd been upset. Best of all? It takes about 10 minutes to make one!

You'll need:

  • Scrap fabric
  • A cup of flaxseeds (I found mine in the health food section of my local grocery store)
  • 2 tablespoons of dried lavender buds
You can download the pattern for the mask here, and find full instructions for putting it together in this blog post.
Enjoy!
