I've had this project on my mind for several weeks now and finally took the time to whip it up this weekend. Can't wait to take this out on my next shopping trip! This was quite simple to put together with the following:

I followed the outline of each daisy petal in a running stitch with 6 strands of embroidery thread. Leaf details were added with a chain stitch, also with 6 strands of embroidery thread. Rather than stitching on the embellishments, I attached them with Beacon's Felt Glue. The glue formed a nice tight bond with the felt. If the adhesion holds up well through daily use, I'll definitely be adding this glue to the store.
