Pink Baby Blanket
comments (8) October 31st, 2008 in galleryI did it! Finally! And just in the nick of time for "Make it Pink"!
This is my VERY FIRST knitting project! Many thanks to April Mohr who taught me (and is still teaching me) how to knit. And I think I finally found my craft. I love knitting and I think I'm pretty good at it too. I took to it right away. I've never been crafty at all, but recently decided I might like to learn how to knit and/or crochet. I decided to knit first because I knew I'd be in good hands with April. She spent lots of lunch hours patiently teaching me and fixing my many mistakes. She is the BEST teacher! Thank you, April! What's next? A purple scarf for my daughter. Then? Learn to crochet. I'm on my way to getting crafty.
