Got a backless dress, but don’t have a backless bra? Here’s an easy fix: If the dress has a waist stay, or if you can add one, it’s possible to convert your favorite bra into a backless style. Just attach two bra extenders to the waist stay. Loosen the bra straps, and hook them to the bra extenders on the waist stay, as shown.

Voilà! Now you’ve got an instant backless bra that’s both comfortable and supportive.

"As Shown" where?? There are no images to illustrate what could be a very helpful topic.
