Gurgaon and its neighboring cities have developed in the recent decade. With well connected roads, fine infrastructure and welfare facilities Gurgaon is now a well developed area. Urbanization has revolutionized the face of the city. Many co working spaces in Gurgaon have come up along with coworking spaces in Sohna Road Region. Upcoming industries and manpower have given it an edge.

Gurgaon has become a leading industrial hub in India and it has the third highest per capita income. Gurgaon is considered to be the hub of Indian business offices with nearly 500 companies. The city has various outsourcing companies and IT sectors. Various international companies like BMW, coco-cola, Pepsi, Hyundai, Agilent have their offices in Gurgaon. Due to its galloping development Gurgaon is often considered "NEW INDIA". It is located 15 kms away from the nation's capital. It covers a well maintained drainage system, reliable electricity and power supply. It has a major force in the India's economy. The development of Gurgaon is not dependent on the government but it is a self- developing state. It is due to the workforce, private companies, IT sectors that it has attracted galloping development in the recent years. Even after gathering numerous apartment and companies, it has maintained its green zone areas. The city has ample of greenery. It has biodiversity parks, societal parks that add further to the greenery of the city. Some of the areas that have gained popularity in the recent years are Hamilton court, World Spa South, Raheja Atlantis, The city has 36 blocks which are further divide into blocks. It has a Leisure valley park that stretch 15 acres of greenery, the localities in the vicinity of the green zone area sector 14, 23, 52, MG road. The average cost of flats in these areas goes up to 10000 per month. In terms of education this pace has some of the reputed schools like Shri Ram Aravali, DAV public, Ardee world school, GD Goenka, Amity International. Ansal institute of management, ITM, KR Mangalam University, Amity University, are also a part of Gurgaon.

The very first corporate company that set up in Gurgaon was Maruti Suzuki in 1970. This was the beginning of corporate penetration in Gurgaon. Various companies like Google, Accenture, Expedia, Lenovo, have their Cyber hub in Gurgaon. Other major corporate companies are sun pharma, Ashok Leyland, Nikon have their outlets here. Major branded tower like Epitome, Signature, and time square are a keen attraction of Gurgaon. Gurgaon is a huge market. Brands like dominos, KFC, burger king have seen big success in the recent years. The city has 21 malls like Ambience, Metropolitan, city centre, lifestyle and Sahara that provides scope for shopping, eating, entertainment. These are some of the major malls that have seen great success over the years. The city is the home to many posh residential complex, villas and bungalows. One can take them on rent or they can buy them. Various new highways like NH 48, NH 8 and NH 248 has connected Gurgaon to many important cities resulting in faster communication and transportation making business easy. The Indira Gandhi Airport is just 321 km away from the city. The government is planning to add a tag of smart city to Gurgaon. Ease of booking cabs, bikes, smart card recharges has made the life much easier. This has made public transport easy.

 

Even the Sohana region has emerged as the prime residential location of Gurgaon. With its excellent connectivity, road extensions, commercial hubs, IT sectors, it has become a major market. It has an excellent retail market. The residential complex here comes with theme based villas, duplexes. Besides being a real estate magnet, its vicinity is home to major commercial hubs that makes it a hub of co working space.
