This is a very easy beginner's knitting pattern.  If making ten milion long scarves for Christmas gifts is getting old, try making a couple super-fast, round neck socks this year.  Guys love them! And they stay up over your face to block out the wind when needed.

Pattern:

Medium weight yarn on circle needles.

  • Knit 2, Purl 2 for 2 1/2 inches
  • Knit for 9 inches
  • Knit 2, Purl 2 for 4 inches
