I made this choker from project directions in the amazing, restyling sewing text, Subversive Seamster. Score an old tie from a thrift store or, if one of the guys in your life spills something messy on one of his, repurpose the skinny - and hopefully still clean - end for this project. It can be done by hand or on a machine and the only other material needed is a cute button of your own choosing!
