Ribbons make awesome bookmarks!
Ribbons make awesome bookmarks! Ribbons make awesome bookmarks!

These are super easy to make!  Lay your ribbon down the spine of your book and cut so it hangs over 1/2-3/4 of an inch on both ends.  Fold the ribbon end over a bit and secure with a ribbon end finding--clamping it down with chain nose pliers (I try to buy findings that match the ribbon's width, but no biggie if it's a tad smaller).  Repeat for the opposite side.  Finish it off with a charm and a few beaded baubles connected to the loop on the ribbon end findings.  Voila!  A pretty ribbon bookmark is born!  Book it on over here to see more pictures.  Ornamentea has the goods to make em'.
