I made this fun little door hanger for my daughters bedroom. I bought the plain wooden door hanger at Michaels for a dollar and then adhered the orange  paper onto it and trimmed out. I painted the chipboard tree and added a little chipboard bird to it with pop dots.

Super easy project to make and it only takes about 15 mins.
