This years Felt Club was at the Shrine Auditorium and was this busy for most of the day.
My new booth layout.  My, very handy, roommate and I created this wood and felt fireplace and I couldnt be happier!
Yo Gabba Gabbas DJ Lance Rock, Purple Robot, and me.  I must admit. . . I now have a HUGE crush!

This year's Felt Club was so amazing it took me a few days to recover from all the awesome.  Now that I'm back in fit and fighting form I'm ready to report!  I had great fun at the show and though I didn't get to look around as much as I would have liked to, since I was manning my busy, busy booth most of the time, I did get to poke around and find a few favorites.  Here they are.  Yea Felt Club!


 Yarn wrapped pillows by Aguiniga Designs. I loved these so much I bought the orange, gold, and fuchsia one. They're so cool and modern. She also makes these fabulous felted wool birds that she had hanging all around her booth (sadly my bird pics didn't come out).

Vintage fabric Christmas trees by Cathy of California. So much fun! I want a whole forest of these little guys. Cathy was also selling her vintage flower looms. if you haven't checked out her tutorial yet, you should, it's wonderful!

Yeti and Chupacabra diorama by Pearson-Mason. OH MY GOSH! I love silly things and these guys deliver BIG TIME! I want my 'fridge covered in their Yetis.

Circus Folk by Sweet & Sour Goodies. I'm in love with the bearded lady. Having recently found my first chin hair, I can relate!

Crocheted cuties by Cherished-Petit. I always admire those who do what I cannot. These little guys are just fab!

Amazing beads by Jenie Bressner. She was wearing what looked like hundreds of her glass creations. So beautiful but it looked so heavy!

felt club was a blast. and considering the bad economy and wildfires it turned out to be my best show ever! i too was stuck at my table all day and never had a chance to really get a good look around.

can't wait for the next one!

beachart writes: Loved my first visit to Felt Club, but so many people!! Hope the organizers can find a larger space next time so the booths aren't so crammed with people. I'm sure I missed a good 25% of what was there because I just couldn't see. To all the artist/crafters keep creating!
