I love baking and I am constantly inspired by what people can do with a few ingredients. I found a recipe for these mini cupcakes on a stick at the Bakerella blog and immediately was in the kitchen. The great thing about these mini cupcakes is that you can customize them for any occassion. Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day, St. Patricks Day, 4th of July...the list goes on! Thank you to Angie Dudley of Bakerella for making a delicious and adorable treat for all of us to enjoy!

cmk34 writes: Thanks for the compliments!!! They would be so fun to make with kids and if you go to the bakerella blog you can get inspired to make themed ones. She did some for the 4th of July and some for a pool party. The options are endless!!!
