My Own Space

pkw42 writes: My daughter moved out a few months ago, and I have claimed her room into mine. It is officially my sewing room, but holds many memories of her in there as well. I have left some things up of hers that she has not taken yet. I painted within a week of her leaving, and have things set up the best I can. I still have not decided on curtains or not, because I love the sun that comes through the window. Some day I would love a cabinet like the one pictured. A small chair would be nice if I feel like reading my sewing magazines or a novel. Having the Ultimate Sewing Room is a dream, but no matter how the room looks, I will continue to sew and create in whatever surroundings I have.
