Flower Keychain

Materials: DMC Senso - 1 ball. Key ring.

Ch 4. Join to 1st ch to form ring. Ch 2(counts as 1st stitch).

First Row 

1 hdc, 1 dc, 1 tr, 1 dc, 2 hdc
[2 hdc, 1 dc, 1 tr, 1 dc, 2 hdc] twice. Join to top ch on 1st stitch. Three petals formed.

Second Row 

Ch 3 join to top of first hdc of second petal formed.
Ch 3 join to top of first hdc of third petal formed.
Ch 3 join to top of 1st stitch.

Third Row 

[1 hdc, 1 dc, 1 tr, 1 dtr, 1 tr, 1dc, 1 hdc (twice) in 3 chain space] Three times. Sl st into first hdc of this round. Six petals formed.
Sc in lower half of same hdc (this will make a neater look to the cord) but do not cut thread.

Cord:

Ch 21. Sl st into second ch and next 9 chs. Loop this around key ring. Align the end of the cord that has been slip stitched with the next two chains. Sl st through ch and one loop of the end of the cord twice (this should form the “cord ring” around the key ring). Sl st the remaining 10 chains. Sl st into lower half of hdc where the ch was started. Fasten off.
