This is the yoke with the stitches picked up.
Use a tapestry needle to place the sleeve stitches onto a length of scrap yarn to use as a holder.
The held stitches on the length of scrap yarn will look like this.

Purl 2 rows, knit 1 row, then purl 1 more row. Bind off loosely.


To keep your stitches nice and loose when binding off, keep your stitches off of the needle points.

 


Viola! The finished bind-off.

 


Here's what the back of the finished bind-off looks like.

Size Medium
Place the sleeve stitches onto holders.
Row 24 (WS): p21, place next 26 sts for first sleeve on scrap yarn, p42, place next 26 sts for second sleeve on scrap yarn, p21-84 sts on needle.

Body Shaping
Row 25: Knit.
Rows 26, 28, 30, 32, 34: Purl.
Row 27: k40, SSK, k2tog, k40-82 sts.
Row 29: k9, SSK, k2tog, k56, SSK, k2tog, k9-78 sts.
Row 31: k8, SSK, k2tog, k25, SSK, k2tog, k25, SSK, k2tog, k8-72 sts.
Row 33: k7, SSK, k2tog, k50, SSK, k2tog, k7-68 sts.
Row 35: Change to size US 10-1/2 (6.5mm) needle and CC, knit.
Row 36 (WS): Knit. Purl 2 rows, then work in k2, p2 rib for 5 rows. Purl 2 rows, knit 1 row, then purl 1 more row. Bind off loosely.

Size Large
Place the sleeve stitches onto holders.
Row 24 (WS): p24, place next 28 sts for first sleeve on scrap yarn, p46, place next 28 sts for second sleeve on scrap yarn, p24-94 sts on needle.

Body Shaping
Row 25: Knit.
Rows 26, 28, 30, 32, 34: Purl.
Row 27: k45, SSK, k2tog, k45-92 sts.
Row 29: k10, SSK, k2tog, k64, SSK, k2tog, k10-88 sts.
Row 31: k9, SSK, k2tog, k29, SSK, k2tog, k29, SSK, k2tog, k9-82 sts.
Row 33: k8, SSK, k2tog, k58, SSK, k2tog, k8-78 sts.
Row 35: Change to size US 10-1/2 (6.5mm) needle and CC, knit.
Row 36 (WS): Knit.
Purl 2 rows, then work in k2, p2 rib for 5 rows. Purl 2 rows, knit 1 row, then purl 1 more row. Bind off loosely.

Size Extra Large
Place the sleeve stitches onto holders.

Row 29: k51, SSK, k2tog, k51-104 sts.
Rows 30, 32, 34, 36: Purl.
Row 31: k12, SSK, k2tog, k72, SSK, k2tog, k12-100 sts.
Row 33: k11, SSK, k2tog, k33, SSK, k2tog, k33, SSK, k2tog, k11-94 sts.
Row 35: k10, SSK, k2tog, k66, SSK, k2tog, k10-90 sts.
Row 37: Change to size US 10-1/2 (6.5mm) needle and CC, knit.
Row 38 (WS): Knit. Purl 2 rows, then work in k2, p2 rib for 5 rows. Purl 2 rows, knit 1 row, then purl 1 more row. Bind off loosely.
