This cardigan/jacket was taken from Burdastyle.com. Here is a description from the creator, CarotteSauvage:

A classic revisited, in between the cardigan and the jacket, I redrafted Idit pattern, straightening the front lines and shaping a sailor collar/opening. I later found out that the Talea coat pattern had all the features I needed to create this garment. I hand knitted the handcuffs and waistband, sewn golden ribbon at the edge of the upper collar part. I want to explore the ways to combine sewing and knitting. Creating your own ribbing is the way forward
