Some years ago I acquired a bottle cutter from a local Craft store. I went kinda Ape for awhile cutting every bottle I could get my hands on. Too many of them cracked in the wrong direction when trying to separate along the score line. This one worked out and my Mother-In-Law kept it for many years. The idea of the project is to remove the center section of a wine bottle that has the heave in the bottom. This makes an ideal place to glue a fuzzy rooster.
