You might remember my post last summer about Jennifer Marsh's fiber-covered gas station. She's on to her next project—a covered tree in Huntsville, Alabama, and she's seeking submissions of leaf shapes to cover the tree with. The leaves can be knit, crocheted, patched, woven, or made using any other fiber technique. She will be gathering leaves until March 15, so you have some time to get to work if you'd like to contribute. You can see all of the requirements on her website right here. Look at the leaf as a great chance to do a fiber art experiment on a small scale and then have it be displayed with leaves from people all around the world.
