CraftStylish's own Cathy of California is teaching this remarkable papier-mache technique!

When I lived in Los Angeles, two of my favorite things to do were visiting handmade paradise ReForm School and selling my crafts and shopping for treasures at Jenny Ryan's Felt Club event. Now these two have joined forces to create Home Ec, a new in-store studio offering the chance for you to learn amazing new crafty skills! The classes cover everything from embroidery to power tools, and the teachers are local and national handmade superstars—including CraftStylish's own Cathy of California and Erika Kern.

I've included photos of a few of my instant favorites, with more details on each one in the captions, but you can see lots more class sneak peeks and information in Jenny's flickr set. If you're in Southern California, don't miss out—the classes start in early February, and Jenny will be adding more to the lineup soon, too!
