Join the National Crochet Month Crochet-Along
comments (4) March 7th, 2009Get happy with your hooks this month-- it's National Crochet Month, after all. Blogger Kaet is celebrating by hosting a National Crochet Month Crochet Along (NatCroMoCAL). Each day, she posts an inspiration for your stitching on her blog. The idea is that you do a bit of freeforming every day or night to end up with a unique fabric piece at the end of the month. Last year she provided a more structured stitch idea and counts for each day's stitching this year she gives you more room to take off with whatever your heart desires. With alphabetical inspirations like "B is for Blossom" you might add a flower; "C is for Crab" may inspire either crab stitch, or a particular yarn color-- or both. It's not to late to join in on Ravelry and on her blog.
