Book Bling

I call these little gems "book bling" for obvious reasons!  I use different fabrics, glittery threads, specialty yarns and beads to create a quilted bookmark that sends a special message.  I combine all of the elements and fuse them together with a stiff interfacing that gives form.  Then I freeform sew the entire piece together using several different threads and stitches, and finish it off with yarn and beads.  A perfect gift to accessorize with a book or journal.  Each bookmark is as unique and special as you are!
