These light buttons are perfect for Erikas pillow project! You would just need a scoop or two.
How about a dark version with light thread?
Get great tips on how to use interfacing, too.

If you're a little short on buttons, I found one place where you can get 'em by the scoopful! I spied these buttons at Fashion Sewing Supply. They have scoops of more than 100 light or dark buttons for $2.59! These buttons are a great basic to have on hand for garment sewers and crafty projects. I really want to make Erika's beautiful button pillow, but when I piled up all my light and white buttons, I was a little short.

Plus, Fashion Sewing Supply is more than just another online store. They also carry quality interfacing, elastic, and sewing tools...AND they show you how to use them! Working with interfacing can get a little tricky if you don't use it properly. For example, if an interfacing is made with rayon, it has to be preshrunk before you fuse it to your fabric. (I have a lovely linen blouse hanging in the very back of my closet that has a shaped hem full of puckers because I didn't prepare my interfacing before I used it!)
