Here are some spring crafts that are super easy to make.

The bird collage was made from an old rubber stamp container. I decoupaged old sheet music and images on the back. I included ribbon and ric rack, a feather bird, and nest for fun.

The stuffed birds on the tree are NOT my pattern. I got this pattern off of Spool Sewing. I took old branches and painted them white and added the birds.

The "R" sign I made from an old cabinet door awhile ago. It needed a bit something so I made a birds nest by twisting some of the ivy that we have growing on our rock wall. Well, it worked really well and I added chocolate eggs since I can't seem to find cute little robins eggs anywhere. Better on my porch than in my stomach I guess. :)
