Crafty By Nature contest entry, Nature Inspired Seafoam Formal Gown, Water Category
April 15th, 2009 in sewing, other crafts, fashion, galleryI designed the pattern and created this beautiful formal gown for the Crafty By Nature Contest, Water Category. It is made ENTIRELY out of recycled materials and natural items. The dress itself, is made from melted plastic shopping bags, collected not only from my stash, but that of my neighbors, who recycled for this project as well. The natural items include shells & vines. Other recycled items that contribute to the beauty of this dress include threaad, recycled trash bags, and vintage ribbon.
