The twinchy challenge by Nuts about Needlepoint will be interesting to follow throughout the months.

The Nuts about Needlepoint blog has suggested a monthly needlepoint challenge. Participants must create a 2-inch-square needlepoint, called a "twinchy," based on the challenge theme each month. On the first day of the month, Janet will announce the theme, and on the last day of the month, all entries to the challenge will be showcased.

This project was inspired by the "inchy" challenge on Inchy by Inch, where you are asked to create 1-inch squares using any medium.

July's twinchy theme is initials and letters. Check out the blog for more info on how to participate.
