I made these shoes with tutorials and added a loop to the inside back to pull the ribbon through for the ankles. I made a tutorial for the ribbon flower on the toe (http://ohsohappytogether.blogspot.com/2009/04/what-does-your-garden-grow.html). I also made my apron from an old vintage curtain panel and napkin along with the headband my daughter is wearing.
