Monsters
April 22nd, 2009 in sewing, gifts, home decorating, galleryBack in the day Malden Mills sold 40 pound bags of their factory scraps. You never knew what you would get, but you got a lot. There were restrictions, like I am not allowed to say the trademark name of the fabric. The material I used here is definitely made from recycled plastic, as were all the pieces I received. While these monsters are a bit worse for the wear, and were made for my kids a while ago, they are a good example of reuse of plastic as well as fabric remnants.
