How to Knit a Circle Lace Cuff
comments (0) May 26th, 2009I adapted this lace pattern from the catherine wheels pattern in the book Field Guide to Knitting by Jackie Pawlowski. I changed the base to garter stitch to prevent curling and made up an easy lace pattern for the straps.
Pattern:
Cast on 2 sts.
k 1 row.
k1, yo, k1.
k 1 row.
k2, yo, k1.
Strap row: k1, k2tog, yo, k1.
Repeat strap row until strap measures about 3 inches.
Cast on 13 more sts (so there are 17 total) by knitting on.
