I used a sewing pattern for the sleeves and some remnant fabric. I  made my own pattern for the dress. I ended up not having enough fabric from my blouse to make it long enough so I added the ruffle to increase the length. It is still a tiny bit too short but looks cute with jeans.
This was my first attempt at hacking up a blouse to make it into a dress for my daughter. I think it turned out pretty good in the end and she loves it! The original tutorial was found at MADE and I altered the pattern where necessary.
