I designed this bag to be cute, but extendable and big enough for carrying files... oh, and cheap :) I used entirely recycled/scrappy materials - the outside is a scrap of vintage Sanderson fabric I had left from another project, and it is lined with an old pair of jeans. The buttons on the strap are vintage leftovers and the tie is a scrap of apron tape.  All in all, it cost me nothing!
