This is where I got the idea from -http://www.burdastyle.com/howto/show/83#

It's so simple to follow, but then I varied the instructions to do the straps...as you can see I added my own and wrapped the extra fabric around to create the style you see. Then I simply added a hand made bow from scrap materials and sewed on a blue button centre.
