To embellish a simple linen summer dress I added flowers made with the same fabric. Instead of cutting and sowing each petal individually which can be quite time consuming, I sowed a long strip of fabric in a wavy patterm. Then I turned right side out and sowed by hand by rolling the long strip onto itself.
