spread the beads or glitter
set the ribbon with this (i dont know what the name) hehe =)

I need Feather, beads, ribbon, carton, glue..

first, cut the carton into triangle..

second, put the feather with the glue on the triangle carton..

third, glue the top side and spread the beads..

forth, pair the ribbon..

and tadaaa....

the Blue Feather Necklace is ready!
