Paper bag turned into a keepsake gift!
August 21st, 2009 in gifts, jewelry making, paper crafts, memory making, galleryI have now made two books like this for friends since I am often short of funds to buy people nice gifts. However I am a firm believer in the fact that it's the thought that counts, and I have put hours into making these books as a special something. It beats a halmark card any day! One of my friends almost cried when she got hers! This is the first keepsake book I have documented after making and before giving it.
Here's a list of things you could gather together to make your own!
- Brown paper bag - just cut out the sides and bottom into one long strip and cut pages as you desire sizes.
- Photos, magazine clippings, old encyclopedia pages,
- Bits of ribbon, fabric, string
- Old costume jewelry
- Creativity!

Happy crafting!
