What happends to a pop can...?

Do you know what happens to a pop can after you drink the soda?Maybe 300 or 400 years later, they will still be around. Here we give them new life. You can see the metamorphosis from soda pop can to useful works of art. Proudly crafted by hand.
"An aluminum can takes 300 to 400 years to biodegrade, but in the hands of a volunteer it is question of minutes, to transform it into a valuable object... Give me one can and I will present a better tomorrow to you... "
As a girl, I saw my father arrive at our home, with his hands full of blisters; it was his job to take off a "Chiclet" at the bottom of the gallon of bleach (Clorox). Today it is still difficult for me to throw away one of these plastic containers, without remembering those days. It is why I dedicated myself to do recycling.
My first discover was HOW TO CUT A CAN?
Today you search in the internet and will find a few ways...  I do it with simple scissors.
Then, with te use of a die cutter and a foam (as backing) cut them in a Sizzix machine.
What you will see, is the result of 10 years of hard working.
Hope you all enjoy our art.
