The phoenix tree is a very large tree that has heart-shaped leaves. It produces kelly flowers and brown fruit when it is ripe. It has many myths and stories associated with it. For instance, one of folklore in China is that ‘planting phoenix tree attracting phoenix’ (栽下梧桐树，自有凤凰来). The phoenix tree is the symbol of peace, noble, love and lucky, and it is also considered sacred to Buddhists.

People love this leaf art because it is beautiful and you can only imagine the time and carefulness it takes to make one of these.

This leaf art is only considered rare to collectors before, but now it is more and more popular to the eco-friendly hotel, office, green building and family as a graceful art and personalized gift.
