This dress is inspired by one of my favorite designer, Oscar De La Renta. I LOVE how the flounce drapes assymetrically, so I applied that to my dress.

The dress has a corsellete foundation and a gross grain waist stay. Instead of sweetheart neckline, I used V neckline and have the skirt knee-length instead of floor-length.

It is made out of silk organza, underlined with cotton batiste, and lined with crepeback satin. I use a lot of handstitching in this garment, including prick stitch the invisible zipper.
