I got this image from Nordstroms.com last year and I don't know who designed this dress but this is the inspiration dress for my design. My dress is made out of jersey fabric but doesn't have pockets or gathering on the back as the original and less draping on the front. To create the pattern for this dress, I used a combination of patterns from Burda magazine from various years. This dress was very challenging for me because of the fabric I chose. I had to pay attention to the stripes to keep them aligned. It was all worth it! It fits like a glove, it's very comfortable, and my husband loves this dress on me!
