This is my submission for the fall challenge. I was inspired by a piece from Lanvin's Fall 2009 Collection. The structure of my inspiration garment was the main part in my design. I wanted to create an hour glass silhouette like Lavin did.
The skirt is made of a cotton/polyester mix, while the jacket is a mixture between wool hounds-tooth and the cotton/polyester mix for the trimming. The collar of the suit is stuffed to ensure stiffness.
