This is my submission for the fall challenge. I was inspired a Taffeta party dress that I saw in a search on Google. I took the gathering ideas from the top of the dress but wanted to add more separation so I added a rhinestone detail.
The dress is made from Taffeta with a rhinestone details on the top bodice. It also has a built in waist belt that ties in the back of the dress.
