Frost will soon be here, at least in my part of the world. Although, I hate to scrape it off my windshield the shapes and forms it seems to create are delightful.

This is my version of Frost to snuggle up to and enjoy. Knit it in a soft pastel or bright color and you can easily convert the pattern to meet other seasons and occasions.

Pattern has both charted and written instructions. The stitches required are as follows -
Abbreviations:
K—knit
P—purl
Yo—yarn over
Ssk—knit two stitches through the back loops
K2tog—knit two stitches through the front loops
K3tog—knit three stitches through the front loops
Sl 1 k2tog psso—slip 1 stitch onto right needle, then knit 2 stitches together , pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitches
Sl 2 k1 psso—slip 2 stitches onto right needle, then knit 1 stitche, pass the slipped stitches over the knitted stitches
