DaniNic writes: I agree that the white one is inappropriate. If it had been done in the grey yarn, it would have reminded me of the Tin Man from Wizard of Oz too. I live in the South and it doesn't matter how old you are, everyone knows what a white hood means.

lbuser writes: You have got to be kidding - they are Masks, Costumes. You are showing your ages. These are as cute as can be and the kids wouldn't know what you are talking about. Knit the base and put any top on it that you want, what a great pattern. For the rest - it's just a picture.
