a box that looks like a birthday cake for a 21 year old.  i made it from 3 boxes.  The 2nd one goes all the way to the bottom of the bottom layer, to fit jeans and a t-shirt among other gifts.  the 2nd cake unzips at the top.  the top layer comes off and lifts off by a handle i glued onto the top - a silver bloom of roses.  the "happy birthday Jennifer" beads i made in 2 necklaces so she can wear them on her birthday, and maybe just the jennifer necklace after that.  the bottom has a history of childhood memories from baby to current in chronological order around .  the candles are made of pipe cleaners and i wrapped wired beads to the top to represent the flame.  i used rub on stencils on the center layer.  the bottom layer is pinstripe fabric, the other 2 layers are satin.
