With Thanksgiving next week, this tutorial by the folks over at Design*Sponge helps you get your table guest-ready with items from the grocery store.

I love the combination of textures and colors here. I actually already have one of those oatmeal tins at home just begging for a purpose. This is the perfect size for your guests to enjoy the dinner and not have to talk to eachother around a large arrangement during the meal.

TeacherTeacher writes: I like the variety they used. I have a pomegranate just that would look good in an arrangement like this. I confess I never would have thought of mushrooms, but they are perfect. After all, what is woodsier than leaves, acorns and mushrooms?
