A Taste of "My Fair Lady"
September 29th, 2008 in sewing, fashion, galleryThis dress was commissioned by a woman who saw something similar in a department store window. We made a couple design changes to better fit her shape and sense of style. The entire ensemble is made from poplin, while the ruffle is made from organdy. She wore it the week of July 28th to a Mary Kay Convention where she was named first in the nation...wearing my dress...on stage! This is my first garment to leave the state so I am very excited! When I get pictures from her in the dress, I will add those to my post.
Pattern or design used: My own design
