I have a name brand sports bag to embroider a name on. I use a C250 Futura. I am having trouble with the thread bunching under the frame and keeping the frame moving. It seems like I have tried everything...from folding the bag inside out...leaving it right side out and using the free arm stand. Can anyone give me some advice; I am running out of time for this gift? I can't decide if it is a tension problem, or the way it hangs over the embroidery mechanism.
