I rescued all of the decorations from Goodwill and then I spray painted everything in high gloss black or chrome.  The garland aroung the TV was made from hair rollers and duct tape.  The snowmen were painted in high gloss black and then I accented them with pink acrylic paint and nail polish.  Our christmas was very inexpensive and green because everything came from our local Goodwill store!
