About six months ago, with all the Holidays coming up, I wondered if there was a special day for sewers. I came across "Saint Distaff's Day."  Too much to explain here, but one of the many links I have found is this one (http://seventrees.blogspot.com/2009/01/st-distaffs-day-means-work-and-play.html)

In all, I was wondering what one would do with this day?  Is there any one, or more, special custom or practise?
